Creates a UI container along with a VIM.Viewer and its associated React component.
Parameters
- Optionalcontainer: HTMLElement | Container
  An optional container object. If none is provided, a container will be created.
Returns Promise<UltraComponentRef>
An object containing the resulting container, reactRoot, and viewer.
